For companies, this consists of the company's domain name (if any) and an opaque unique identifier assigned by the third-party. The company's domain name is used for enrichment and deduplication.

If you enable contact (or lead) enrichment, the contact's email address (if any) and an opaque unique identifier assigned by the third-party are retrieved. The email address is never stored in raw form so that personal data is never persisted. Instead, the domain name of the email address (for enrichment purposes) and a cryptographic one-way hash of the email address (for deduplication) are stored.

We also read information necessary to configure the integration. For instance, if you enable the HubSpot integration, we must read your list of HubSpot company properties to provide you with the ability to configure custom mappings between our data and HubSpot company properties.

We use servers to look at publicly available online pages and process business data on them. Only public pages are looked at and only publicly available online data that can be found by a search engine are indexed by our servers. Our robots view systematically the robots.txt file before exploring and indexing the public data available on the website. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites.
